Endeavor is a next-generation media company. It runs a major talent agency and a global events business, a streaming platform and emerging sports leagues. In short, Endeavor continues to assemble all the pieces it needs to chart its own destiny in an age of consolidation, and when everything–from food to fashion–has a strong media and entertainment component to it.

In the last year, Endeavor continued to expand its purview, launching Endeavor Audio to take advantage of the booming interest in podcasts and audio entertainment that can be the feedstock for other content; Endeavor Streaming, its own digital distribution backbone for its growing network of properties who can take advantage of it; and IMG Arena to leverage opportunities in the growing media and ancillary businesses as sports betting becomes legalized in more locales. The company also continued to build out Endeavor Content to help clients who want to develop their own work and Endeavor Global Marketing for major brands who want to connect with the culture in the way personalities do. In total, these efforts reflect Endeavor’s growing appetite to do more for the people, companies, and properties within its network, exploring the frontiers of media wherever it leads them.

No matter the name, the company continues to dominate across film, TV, and sports, with high-profile events like UFC, New York Fashion Week, Frieze Art Fair, and clients such as the NFL, Martin Scorsese, Charlize Theron, Christian Bale, and Emma Stone. Endeavor’s sprawling enterprise also reaches theater, music, food, books, and brand partnerships–all of which has the agency valued at more than $6 billion.
