About the role:

Game Supervision Manager position is based in ODCN (Official Data Collection Network) department and cooperate closely with other departments inside ODCN. The Game Supervision Manager oversee the work of 5 Game Supervision Administrators and operations through Game Day Supervisors who check the accuracy of the Data Collector’s work during live events. The Game Supervision Manager reports to the Head of Game Supervision. This position requires the availability to work evening/night shifts (occasionally) and weekends, as well as to respond to emergencies at unusual times/weekends.

 

What you will do:

  • Lead and oversee process standardization for Game Supervision Team
  • Report on key result areas to Head of Game Supervision and
  • Operations Director; Complete weekly coverage reports with necessary context that helps driving quality and coverage improvements
  • Oversee onboarding of new Game Day Supervisors
  • Work closely with the Head of Game Supervision, Scheduling, Integrity, and Quality Teams
  • Set up goals, oversee progress and give constant feedback to Game Supervision Team
  • Oversee supervisors’ work schedule and cross-team task management
  • Prioritize tasks
  • Work on KPIs.

 

You have these:

  • English and Polish language (preferable C1 level)
  • 2+ years of experience in team management
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Knowledge of Agile, Prince or other work methodologies
  • Tech savvy
  • Interest in sports
  • Great ability to communicate, both verbal and written
  • Time management and workflow organisation.
